The Department of Veterans Affairs estimates that 413 World War II veterans pass away every day.
These men went above and beyond to help protect the United States and free the world from the grasp of fascism. Despite this generation's tremendous sacrifice, it took the country almost 50 years to erect a monument to them.
The World War II Memorial opened in 2004. Many WWII veterans have never had the opportunity to visit their memorial and quite frankly, they're running out of time. Over the next 5-7 years, almost all of our WWII vets will be gone.
GoFundLiberty wants to help fund as many trips for our veterans to visit their World War II memorial as possible. Honor Flight organizations have sprung up around the country to help finance these veterans' flights to the WWII Memorial in Washington DC. Help us raise money for this worthy cause and help the last of this greatest generation visit THEIR memorial before it is too late!
Proceeds will be donated to the HonorFlight Network to help get as many WWII veterans to their memorial as possible!
