The Second Amendment Foundation has taken up the case of an Arizona Navy Veteran who had his firearms seized as a result of an ongoing neighborhood dispute.
We've all dealt with difficult neighbors. Well, 56-year-old Rick Bailey had complained to the township about his neighbor parking commercial landscaping vehicles so close to his property. Bailey only got the police involved when the smell of vehicles began wafting onto his property.
Well, the neighbor told the Police that Rick Bailey threatened him. The next thing you know, the Police are knocking on Bailey's door and seizing his $25,000 firearm collection based on a false police report.
Help get this hero his firearms back. Proceeds go to the Second Amendment Foundation to help with this case.
